callme ("we", "our", or "us") operates the callme mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, date of birth, gender, country, language
Profile information: bio, profile photo (optional)
Usage data: calls made, streams attended, messages sent (metadata only)
Device information: device type, operating system, push notification token
Location: country-level only, used for the Nearby feature. Never precise GPS.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core service (voice calls, live rooms, messaging)
To match you with other users based on mood and preferences
To send notifications about matches and activity
To enforce our minimum age requirement (18+)
To improve the app and fix bugs

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Firebase (Google): database, authentication, and cloud storage
Agora: real-time voice call infrastructure
Expo / EAS: app distribution and updates

All third-party services are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Voice Calls

Voice calls are routed through Agora's infrastructure. We do not record or store voice call audio. Calls are peer-to-peer encrypted.

5. Minimum Age

callme is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Access your data via your profile settings
Delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account
Request a copy of your data by emailing us

8. Security

We use Firebase Authentication, HTTPS encryption, and Firestore security rules to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we strive to use commercially acceptable means.

9. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for matches, messages, and activity. You can disable these in your device settings at any time.
