Terms of Service

By downloading or using callme, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use callme. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You may not create more than one account.
You may not transfer your account to another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use callme to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
Share explicit, pornographic, or sexually inappropriate content
Impersonate any person or entity
Share content that is illegal, hateful, or discriminatory
Spam, solicit, or advertise to other users
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts
Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on callme. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

We do not record or store voice conversations. Text messages are stored only to deliver them to the recipient.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

callme offers optional paid subscriptions (callme+ and callme Pro) that unlock additional features.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine your behaviour is harmful to other users or to callme. You may delete your account at any time within the app.

7. Disclaimers

callme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, callme and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. Continued use of callme after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where callme operates.
