By using callme you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use callme. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Share sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
Impersonate other people or create fake accounts
Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the application
Use the service for commercial solicitation without our consent

3. Subscriptions and Payments

callme+ and callme Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4. Virtual Coins and Gifts

Virtual coins purchased in-app have no cash value and cannot be refunded. Coins can only be used to send virtual gifts within the callme platform.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Reporting

You can report users directly from their profile. We review all reports and take action within 48 hours for serious violations.

7. Privacy

Your use of callme is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

8. Disclaimers

callme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the content they share. Voice connections are facilitated but not monitored.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, callme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
